WINTER WINERY WEDDING
Chic, sleek and sophisticated was the name of the game for these two love birds. From the moment we met Jim and Kelly, our initial consult was just laughter and joy - and that was it. They wanted their event to feel relaxed, warm and inviting with open seating dinner service.
So we said, done, done and done!
Their day began with a yoga class (I mean - what! can you get more relaxed than that!?) followed by getting ready at the Crawford, Union Station and first looks at the Copper Lounge. Then the February snow flurries began, they threw on their vintage furs and scooted around the Denver city for portraits. Meanwhile, guests arrived at Bigsby Folly, (one of the newest wineries in RINO), and were greeted with a glass of wine and a seat for the ceremony. Their friend that officiated their ceremony had everyone rolling out of their seats with laughter (it couldn’t have gone any other way with these two). But, their vows, oh man, Kelly has insanely talented poetic writing skillzz that had me (and my team) crying harder than we ever had with vows. It was beautiful, raw and vulnerable in all the right ways.
Following the ceremony the party began! Live music by Biff Gore, hordourves, dinner, and dancing for hours and hours. Bigsby Folly was the perfect location for such an event and we were so honored to be a part of such a memorable day.
